Our systems effectively capture benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, ethyl acetate, and other non-polar or weakly polar organic vapors. For polar compounds or high-humidity streams, impregnated carbon or pre-treatment may be recommended.

How do I know when to replace the activated carbon?

 

Replacement is typically based on outlet concentration monitoring or calculated breakthrough curves. We can supply systems with sample ports and optional VOC detectors to make maintenance predictable.

Can you integrate carbon adsorbers with other treatment equipment?

 

Yes. For high-concentration or mixed streams, we often pair carbon adsorbers with wet scrubbers as pre-treatment to protect the carbon bed and extend service life.
