Working Principle

Contaminated air enters the adsorber and passes through 16 independent carbon drawers. Each drawer contains a bed of high-quality activated carbon. As the gas flows through the carbon media, VOCs and odorous compounds are physically adsorbed (and in some cases chemically reacted) onto the vast internal surface area of the carbon. The cleaned air exits the system, ready for discharge or recirculation.

The modular drawer design allows operators to:

  • Monitor pressure drop across individual drawers

  • Replace carbon in one drawer without shutting down the entire system

  • Inspect carbon condition through built-in sampling ports
