1. Housing: Anti‑static PP Material
Constructed from modified anti‑static PP plates. The whole unit releases static charges to prevent dust static‑explosion hazards. It delivers good acid & alkali resistance and tolerates humid corrosive flue gas. Modular segmented cabinet enables convenient disassembly and transportation. Standard support frame and maintenance guardrail platform facilitate filter bag replacement and routine maintenance.
2. Filter Bag: PTFE Membrane Filter Bag
Surface filtration by PTFE membrane keeps dust on the bag surface to avoid bag blinding. It achieves high interception efficiency for ultra‑fine dust with low emission. Excellent ash‑cleaning performance extends service life, suitable for sticky, ultra‑fine and corrosive dust.
